Welcome, I’m Amelia.

Most people who know me best call me Millie.

I grew up on a sheep farm in northern Ohio, surrounded by family, faith, and the ordinary moments that quietly shape a life. Some of my earliest memories include Bible stories, church pews, family meals, hollyhocks by the house, and the gentle lessons learned through everyday life.

Today I am a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, writer, and follower of Christ.

Through every season of life, I have discovered that God is often most visible when we pause long enough to notice His presence in the stories He is writing around us.

That is the heart behind Hopefeld.
